Throughout her career, she discovered her true passion for Botox, recognizing its transformative effects and how effortless the process can be. As a beauty lover and consumer herself, KP knows how challenging it can be to fit Botox into a busy schedule. Her goal is to make Botox as easy as going out for coffee, while still being as fun as going to happy hour. KP’s true north is to help others feel their best, inside and out, and making Botox accessible, approachable, and fun for everyone.

Dr. Korina Tanner
Dr. Korina Tanner is a seasoned Family Medicine physician with over 24 years of experience and six years of expertise in medical aesthetics. Since 2019, she has served as the Medical Director and partial owner of Tighten IT Spa in Roseville, CA, overseeing two locations and supervising a skilled team of RNs. Dr. Tanner specializes in various aesthetic procedures, including Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, fillers, laser treatments, PRP therapy, aesthetic skin lesion removal, and weight loss management. Her commitment to patient care and leadership extends beyond aesthetics to supervising PAs and NPs in urgent care settings. Dr. Tanner’s dedication to enhancing natural beauty and overall wellness has made her a trusted figure in the greater Sacramento area.
